we can improve the amount of exercise we do by:
~Going to the gym for 30 mins every day
~Taking a jog outside
~Powerwalking
~Walking the dog
~taking a walk in the shopping centre an hour a day
~running for a while
All of these are considered as excercise and exercise helps us to make ourselves fitter and stronger it helps our body to stay healthy and strong.
